Table 1. Back view of the system . Item 1 is the PCIe expansion card slot(s), enables you to connect to PCI Express expansion cards. Item 2 is the hard drive, enables you to install drives that are supported in your system. Item 3 is the power supply unit, supplies power to the components of the system. Item 4 is the NIC port, integrated on the network daughter card (NDC) provides network connectivity. Item 5 is the USB 3.0 port, enables you to connect USB devices to the system. Item 6 is the video port, enables you to connect a display device to the system. Item 7 is the serial port, enables you to connect serial device to the system. Item 8 is the iDRAC 9 Enterprise port, enables you to remotely access iDRAC. Item 9 is the CMA power port, enables you to connect to cable management arm LED. Item 10 is the System identification button, helps in identifying the system in a rack.

4	PCIe expansion card riser 2	N/A	The expansion card riser enables you to connect PCI Express expansion cards. For more information on the expansion cards that are supported on your system, see the Expansion card installation guidelines .
5	PCIe expansion card riser 1	N/A	The expansion card riser enables you to connect PCI Express expansion cards. For more information on the expansion cards that are supported on your system, see the Expansion card installation guidelines .

7	LOM riser (optional)		The NIC ports that are integrated on the LAN on Motherboard (LOM) riser provide network connectivity. For more information about the supported configurations, see the Technical specifications section.
8	USB 3.0 port (2)		These USB ports support USB 3.0.
9	VGA port		Enables you to connect a display device to the system. For more information, see the Technical specifications section.
10	CMA power port	N/A	The Cable Management Arm (CMA) power port enables you to connect to the CMA.
11	System identification button		Press the system ID button: To locate a particular system within a rack. To turn the system ID on or off. To reset iDRAC, press and hold the button for more than 15 seconds. NOTE: To reset iDRAC using system ID, ensure that the system ID button is enabled in the iDRAC setup. If the system stops responding during POST, press and hold the system ID button (for more than five seconds) to enter the BIOS progress mode.
